True to the Belgian style of brewing, our bottled beers are crafted to evolve in flavour and appreciate over time by being aged (or cellared) similar to wine. The bottles displayed below have been aged or are suitable to be aged.

All of our beers are crafted in our brewery at 125 Pacific Ave. We’re proud to join the many other local Manitoban producers, manufacturers, artists, and makers bringing something new to our home.
Designed to be Aged
The passage of time affects different beers in different ways. Specific flavours and aromas may become more or less apparent, unique notes may meld together harmoniously, and occasionally, something altogether new may rise the surface. We cellar our bottles as they allow us to achieve new complex flavours only attainable with patience and smooth out the alcohol notes.
Designed to be shared
Our goal is to become part of your special moments – we’ve designed our beers to be shared and savoured in good company. They feature elevated ABV (alcohol by volume) and are packaged in 75cL bottles.
